The CRED Foundation – Romanian-Swiss Centre for Health Sector Development has been established in February 2004 by the founder Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) [link] through one of its service departments, the Swiss Centre for International Health (SCIH) [link]. CRED is a Romanian juridical person, of private law, without patrimonial scope, being non-profit, non-political and non-governmental. The mission of CRED is to support the reform and modernization of the Romanian health system. Through its management team and associated consultants it offers consultancy services in public health with a special focus on mother and child health.
